Being deeply tired/fatigued/knackered or whatever you want to call it, is so frustrating for a lot of us. Especially if you are someone like me and have constant to-do-lists in your head. So I’m posting this to remind me and all of my fellow non-stoppers to stop when you need to.
And then stop and rest. Just because.
